Fitness Manager - Grimsby

Lead and develop the gym team and approve the day-to-day running of the gym under the General Manager. Drive member engagement and satisfaction by directing the in-gym service offering, manage and motivate fitness trainers, and own the Group Exercise timetable. Role model the Gym Group values, ensure high operational standards, coordinate with 3rd party suppliers, and oversee health and safety compliance with regular checks. Support on-site admin tasks (rotas, time tracking, security checks) and act as a keyholder for emergencies. Must be Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualified or currently studying for the qualification and demonstrate a track record of leadership and delivering excellent member experience.
