Job Summary
Lead the in-gym service offering to drive member satisfaction scores and manage a team of fitness trainers. Own the Group Exercise offering by developing the class timetable and upskilling staff. Ensure high operational standards through cleaning and maintenance checks, liaising with third-party suppliers. Maintain full compliance with Health & Safety policies via daily, weekly, and monthly inspections. Support the General Manager with onsite admin tasks including rotas, time tracking, and security checks. Act as a keyholder for emergency access and deputise in the GM's absence.
Required Qualifications
- Level 2 qualified Fitness Instructor
- currently studying for the qualification
