Job Summary
Oversee the overall production of the Club's Fitness Program and conduct fitness consultations to determine appropriate resources for each member. Actively promote and market personal training to acquire and retain members while coaching staff in programming, sales, and service. Assist in developing club programs and events, manage the Member Onboarding Process, and maintain a high retention score to ensure ongoing engagement. Lead the fitness department as a sales manager and team leader, driving productivity and efficiency through exceptional customer service and a positive attitude.
Required Qualifications
- Three fitness certifications, including a Certified Personal Training certificate from accrediting bodies such as NASM, NSCA, ACSM, WITS, AFFA, ACE, ISSA, or a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field
- Demonstrated progressive success within the fitness environment
- Previous management experience
