Male Spa Host responsibilities include providing and maintaining the highest standards of customer service in the male locker room, checking in guests, providing facility orientation, and ensuring linens, towels, and beverages are clean, prepared, and stocked. The role entails educating guests on services and products, delivering a high level of service to retain clients, and driving treatment and retail sales. Candidates must maintain a professional appearance, uphold housekeeping standards in guest-facing areas and the dispensary, and participate in ongoing product/service training to stay current with Elemis/Mandara offerings. Strong customer-service orientation, empathy for clients, sales aptitude, clear communication, multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to work with diverse guests and colleagues are essential; flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and overtime is required.
