Job Summary
Lead up to 25 participants through the Pure Barre experience by delivering safe, engaging, and motivating classes that provide an exceptional client experience. Prepare diligently before each class by studying choreography and planning class flow, then learn and execute quarterly choreography updates. Build meaningful relationships with members to foster a strong sense of community while maintaining a clean, organized, and polished studio environment. Assist with maintaining studio standards, attend required trainings and team meetings, and support studio events, promotions, and community initiatives as needed. This part-time role requires teaching a minimum of four classes per week across various times, with a mandatory 18-month commitment before training.
Required Qualifications
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to demonstrate exercises, including full body pushups and lifting hand weights
- Strong sense of musicality and ability to keep rhythm and count to the beat of music
- Ability to learn and retain choreography changes on a quarterly basis
- Minimum 18-month commitment to teaching

- Previous experience in dance, fitness, cheerleading, barre, or group fitness
- Boutique fitness experience
