Job Summary
The Fitness Instructor at Planet Fitness is responsible for leading the group fitness program (PE@PF), assisting new members in their fitness goals, and instructing on safe equipment use. The role requires excellent customer service skills, punctuality, and a positive attitude. Responsibilities include conducting fitness classes, consulting with members about their goals, maintaining equipment cleanliness, answering calls, and assisting with new member sign-ups. Candidates should possess a Nationally Certified Training Certificate and demonstrate a passion for fitness.
Required Qualifications
- Nationally Certified Training Certificate
- High School diploma/GED equivalent preferred
- Must be 18 years of age or older
Desired Qualifications
- Previous Fitness Trainer/Instructor experience
