Job Summary
Design and execute safe, effective personal training programs for guests of all fitness levels. Lead dynamic group fitness classes including indoor cycling, yoga, and Pilates. Deliver educational seminars on nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle topics. Actively promote personal training packages and wellness products to maximize earnings. Maintain flawless health, safety, and hygiene standards throughout the shipboard facility. This fully funded contract role involves an initial three-week intensive training academy in London, followed by deployment to international cruise ships. Candidates receive a guaranteed monthly minimum of $800 with uncapped commission potential.
Required Qualifications
- Conversational English
- Minimum Level 3 Personal Training qualification or international equivalent from a recognized training school
- A valid Resistance Weights qualification (such as BAWLA, NABBA, or equivalent)
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and basic nutrition
- At least 3 months of formal personal training experience
- Exceptional communication skills
