Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 60 college credits (or Associate degree in progress/completed)
- Experience leading group fitness, physical activity programming, coaching, or youth wellness activities
- Experience working with school-age students in structured settings (school, after-school, camps, youth programs)
- Strong facilitation skills, clear communication, and comfort managing active groups safely
- Reliable, punctual, and professional; able to follow school policies and program boundaries
- Ability to model and teach safe form cues and maintain an inclusive, supportive environment
