Fitness Instructor - Les Mills Body Pump

Deliver high-intensity exercise classes such as Body Pump while maintaining Chuze cleanliness standards and adhering to licensing requirements. Build rapport with members through consistent coaching schedules and engaging in regular check-ins with the Fitness Manager for growth. Complete onboarding training, maintain current credentials, and participate in department meetings and promotional events. Ensure gym presentation is always clean and utilize the Fitness Communication Platform for essential updates.
