Job Summary
Lead group fitness classes across strength, mobility, cardio, and mind-body formats in WindRiver's new Clubhouse, delivering a premium, welcoming experience for members and residents of all ages. Help shape the schedule and format mix to fit our membership while representing WindRiver with the professionalism and hospitality our members expect. You will build the programming from day one in a state-of-the-art facility featuring new equipment, a sauna, steam, and a cold plunge zone. Multiple format certifications are a plus; tell us everything you're qualified to teach. Competitive per-class pay and flexible scheduling are available for those with current certification in their discipline and at least one year of teaching group fitness.
Required Qualifications
- Current certification (ACE, NASM, AFAA, or equivalent) in your class discipline
- CPR/AED certified
- 1+ year teaching group fitness
- Reliable, professional, member-first attitude
