Job Summary
Coordinate all activities in the Spa, fitness Centre, and swimming pool area to ensure service standards are maintained and feedback is shared with the Wellness manager. Plan, organize, direct, and co-ordinate recreational guest services while maintaining high standards of customer service at the Reception. Coordinate the maintenance of all recreational facilities and equipment, ensuring the outlet operates smoothly at advertised time with all areas and equipment functional. Assist in maintaining comprehensive training standards and procedures for Recreation staff, including conducting training needs analysis and designing programs to meet guest needs. Ensure the safety of all guest services and bring any matters affecting the hotel's interests to Management attention.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in Tourism / Hospitality Management / Any Degree
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
- Good communication and customer contact skills
- Service oriented with an eye for details
- Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team
- Self-motivated and energetic
- Must be well-presented and professionally groomed at all times
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages
