Job Summary
Welcome and engage members on the fitness floor, maintain a clean and safe center, demonstrate exercises and equipment, and share information about additional programs to help members reach their goals. Provide prospective members with tours, answer questions, and encourage deeper involvement in the Y community. This role requires CPR and First Aid certifications and a minimum age of 18. Schedule includes Thursday from 4pm to 9pm and Sunday from 12pm to 6:30pm. We offer free membership, employee discounts, paid training, and a retirement fund with a 12% company contribution. Required Qualifications
- Has a working knowledge of fitness programs and exercises
- Must maintain CPR, and First Aid certifications
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
- Must be available Thursday from 4pm to 9pm and Sunday from 12pm to 630pm
