Job Summary
Fitness Floor Attendant to oversee the Fitness Floor, educate members on equipment usage (including Technogym and BioStrength machines), provide best-in-class service, and collaborate with Personal Trainers and staff to maintain a clean, safe workout environment. Responsible for assisting with special membership programs and events, offering ideas to enhance Sporting Club programs, and supporting other Fitness Department activities. Requires clear communication, strong customer service, and a minimum of 1 year of fitness-club experience, plus CPR/AED and first aid certification. Pay is $17/hour.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-year prior experience working in a fitness club
- Current CPR/AED and first aid certification required
- Technical Skills/Knowledge: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Strong Interpersonal skills, Excellent customer service focus, professionalism, and discretion
