Job Summary
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various fitness equipment, diagnose technical issues, and install new machines for clients. Collaborate with customers to understand their needs, maintain accurate service records, and ensure safety standards are met during all operations. Stay updated on the latest fitness equipment technologies while providing exceptional customer support. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Raleigh to Fayetteville area required.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a fitness equipment technician or similar role
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of various fitness equipment brands and models
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel within the Raleigh to Fayetteville area for service calls
