Fitness Director

Recruit, hire, train, and develop a team of qualified Personal Trainers while managing their schedules and ensuring they meet sales and retention goals. Coach staff on sales conversations, client service, and programming, then run regular one-on-one meetings to review performance and address employee relations matters. Oversee accurate documentation of assessments, measurements, and progress checks, and ensure trainers follow company protocols and maintain current certifications. Drive Personal Training revenue through direct sales, consultations, and monthly marketing initiatives, then communicate business results and action plans to the General Manager.
