Job Summary
Recruit, hire, train, and develop a team of qualified Personal Trainers while managing their schedules and ensuring they meet sales and performance goals. Coach staff on sales conversations, client service, programming, and member follow-up to drive revenue through consultations, promotions, and consistent outreach. Oversee the delivery of high-quality programs, maintain accurate documentation of assessments and progress checks, and ensure staff follow company protocols and Time & Labor guidelines. Lead by example on the floor and at the front desk to support the Personal Training department's growth within Crunch Fitness's high-energy environment.
Required Qualifications
- Current CPR/AED certification
- basic First Aid knowledge
- Current nationally recognized Personal Trainer certification
- four-year related degree such as Exercise Science, Sports Medicine, Physical Education, Nutrition, or a similar field
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be able to lift heavy weights
- Must be able to squat
- Must be able to bend
- Must be able to reach
- Must be able to spot members
- Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods
- Must be able to frequently lift and/or move more than 50 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- Previous Personal Training management experience
