Job Summary
Fitness Director responsible for maximizing member participation and retention of paid Personal Training Services. Lead front-end selling via CrunchOne Kickoff, oversee delivery of personal training, and guide the member journey through PT programming. Uphold company standards, lead by example, and ensure punctuality, dress code, friendliness, and cleanliness. Responsibilities include selling through Kickoffs, coaching trainers on sales, managing schedules and KPI-driven resources, ensuring quality programs backed by scientific rationale, administering Personal Training services (Enhance program, goal tracking, progress reports, program design), hiring/training/managing a team of Personal Trainers, conducting performance reviews, maintaining performance reports, and communicating takeaways to the General Manager. Availability of a stable leadership role with growth opportunities within a fast-paced gym environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years management and personal training experience required
- CPR/AED certification
- Sales, communication, and rapport building skills
- Knowledge of Personal Training programs like VFP, ABC/Datatrak, Crunch U, InBody, etc.
- Experience in coaching/motivating groups
- Strong leadership, interpersonal & communication skills
