Job Summary
Fitness Counselor role focusing on enrolling new members through self-generated and company-sponsored programs, promotions, and referrals. Responsibilities include Membership Sales (club and individual), managing the membership billing processes and sales pipeline, delivering excellent customer service, and serving as an information hub with knowledge of products, programs, and events. Requires CPR certification within 30 days, successful background check, ability to lift/carry heavy objects, stand/walk for extended periods, and availability on weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Compensation includes hourly pay with potential commission and tenure pay, plus benefits such as free membership, training discounts, Daily Pay, and 401(k).
Required Qualifications
- Must successfully pass Background Check
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- CPR certification required within 30 days of hire
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, tools, and equipment
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Capability to bend and stop for extended periods to access equipment and perform maintenance tasks
