Job Summary
Welcome members and guests, conduct gym tours, and answer inquiries about services and classes. Actively promote memberships, collaborate on finding suitable options, and address member concerns to ensure a positive experience. Perform regular facility rounds to maintain cleanliness, assist in cafe operations by serving food and beverages, and handle transactions while keeping the area tidy. Requires previous customer service or sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
