Job Summary
Drive revenue through private and small group training by selling and delivering high-quality sessions, managing client programs (dotFIT, workouts, supplements), and coordinating scheduling. Build member relationships, conduct tours when needed, execute prospecting through Starter Sessions, and ensure a polished fitness floor and professional guest experiences while adhering to club policies. Requires weekend availability, strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills, plus certifications in dotFIT/CPR-AED and UFC Gym-aligned credentials.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Current dotFIT certification (or in progress)
- Current CPR/AED certification (or in progress)
- Certification from an organization recognized by UFC Gym (or in progress)
- 4-year Degree in a related field recognized by UFC Gym (preferred)
- Current USA Wrestling Copper Certified (for wrestling coaches)
- Minimum Experience: 1 year of related experience (preferred)
- Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours a day
- Must be able to regularly lift heavy weights, squat, bend, reach, and spot
- Must be able to frequently lift and /or move up to 45+ pounds
