Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Fitness Coach to provide member service and private training. Must have high school diploma, relevant certifications, and strong communication skills. Weekend availability required, sales and revenue goals involved. Compensation based on hourly rate.
Required Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of Private Training techniques from assessment to program design
- Current dotFIT certification (or in progress)
- Current CPR/AED certification (or in progress)
- Certification from an organization recognized by UFC Gym (or in progress)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Friendly, enthusiastic, and positive attitude
- Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions
- Possess a strong customer service focus
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Must be computer proficient with basic skills in Word and Excel
Desired Qualifications
- 4-year Degree in a related field recognized by UFC Gym (preferred)
- Current USA Wrestling Copper Certified (for wrestling coaches)
