Job Summary
Fitness Coach at UFC Gym focused on delivering exceptional member service and private/small-group training, driving revenue through private training and supplement sales, and educating clients on fitness concepts. Responsibilities include conducting private and small-group training, managing client programs and scheduling, executing revenue-generating activities, providing tours and prospecting, maintaining scheduling records, and upholding high standards of customer service and club presentation. Requires weekend availability, knowledge of private training techniques, certifications (dotFIT, CPR/AED, UFC Gym-recognized certification), and a high level of organizational and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of Private Training techniques from assessment to program design.
- Must be able to adjust and operate all Fitness Equipment.
- Knowledge of company policies, practices, and procedures, including emergency and safety procedures.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Friendly, enthusiastic, and positive attitude.
- Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
- Possess a strong customer service focus.
- Respond professionally to requests and inquiries from guests, members, and staff.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Must be computer proficient with basic skills in Word and Excel.
- Ability to work, set up, and execute successful weekends.
- Current dotFIT certification (or in progress).
- Current CPR/AED certification (or in progress).
- Certification from an organization recognized by UFC Gym (or in progress).
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- 4-year Degree in a related field recognized by UFC Gym (preferred).
- Current USA Wrestling Copper Certified (for wrestling coaches).
- Minimum Experience: 1 year of related experience (preferred)
