Job Summary
Conduct private and small group training sessions while selling supplements and managing client programs in dotFIT. Execute prospecting strategies through starter sessions and guest tours to meet monthly revenue objectives. Maintain accurate scheduling records, coordinate client appointments, and ensure the fitness floor remains organized and safe. Respond professionally to member inquiries and adhere to all safety policies and certification standards. This role requires a minimum of one weekend day and includes daily check-ins with the Fitness Manager.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one day on the weekend
- In-depth knowledge of Private Training techniques from assessment to program design
- Must be able to adjust and operate all Fitness Equipment
- Knowledge of company policies, practices, and procedures, including emergency and safety procedures
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Must be computer proficient with basic skills in Word and Excel
- Ability to work, set up, and execute successful weekends
- Current dotFIT certification (or in progress)
- Current CPR/AED certification (or in progress)
- Certification from an organization recognized by UFC Gym (or in progress)
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours a day
- Must be able to regularly lift heavy weights, squat, bend, reach, and spot
- Must be able to frequently lift and /or move up to 45+ pounds
Desired Qualifications
- 4-year Degree in a related field recognized by UFC Gym (preferred)
- 1 year of related experience (preferred)
