Job Summary
Deliver world-class member experience through private and small group training sessions, using science-backed coaching and dotFIT protocols. Lead safe, engaging instruction, manage client programs with measurement tracking and custom workout design, maintain a high-energy fitness floor, and drive revenue through private training and supplement sales. Engage in prospecting, workshops, and outreach to build client base; schedule management and daily accountability with the Fitness Manager; comply with safety and payment policies. Requires High School Diploma or GED, CPR/AED certification, and dotFIT certification (or willingness to obtain); Nationally recognized Personal Training certification is a plus; ability to stand for long periods and work at least one weekend day.
