Job Summary
As a Small Group Personal Training Coach at Burn 60, you will lead intimate training sessions with individualized attention, deliver coaching within a small group while potentially teaching larger classes, modify movements for injuries and fitness levels, and build deep client relationships. You’ll implement Burn 60’s progressive programming, ensure safety and form, track client progress, and collaborate with the team to foster a supportive studio culture. You’ll embody the studio’s values, communicate effectively with clients and teammates, remain adaptable, and contribute to client retention and studio success. The role requires certified coaching with CPR/AED, a recognized personal training credential, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to ongoing professional development. Flexible, part-time scheduling with opportunities to grow and take on additional responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- Current Personal Training Certification from an accredited organization (NASM, ACE, NSCA, ACSM, or equivalent)
- CPR/AED certification (or willing to obtain immediately upon hire)
