Job Summary
Deliver engaging, high-energy group workouts and maintain a welcoming, inclusive studio environment for all members. Accurately process sales transactions, complete member documentation, and respond promptly to inquiries across multiple channels. Partner with the studio team to support sales goals, conduct tours, and build local community relationships. Maintain a clean, organized space and participate in scheduled trainings and professional development. This part-time role requires flexibility for weekends and holidays, with a flexible schedule as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of group fitness training or personal training experience
- Current Orangetheory Fitness approved fitness certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, or equivalent)
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Prior experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or a related client-facing role (0–1 year)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate diverse members
