Job Summary
Lead and motivate members through pre-defined workouts at Orangetheory Fitness in Newnan, GA on a part-time schedule. Provide coaching to help clients achieve fitness goals, ensure correct form, and apply science-backed, heart-rate focused training programs. Demonstrate usage of all equipment, stay informed about workout science, and contribute to a team with extensive fitness experience. Requirements include no degree needed and a valid national fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or an NCCA-accredited equivalent) or ability to obtain one.
