Job Summary
Lead and motivate members through pre-defined 1-hour full-body heart-rate zone workouts, ensure proper form with corrections, understand heart-rate focused training science, demonstrate usage of all equipment, and help members set and achieve goals. Must be AED/CPR certified and hold a current fitness certification from an education company approved by Orangetheory Fitness. Be a team player in a collaborative studio environment and contribute to a growth-oriented culture with opportunities to advance.
