Job Summary
Lead and motivate members through pre-defined, heart-rate focused workouts while ensuring correct form and offering real-time corrections. Help clients set and achieve fitness goals by understanding the science behind our training programs and demonstrating proper usage for every piece of equipment utilized in the studio. This role requires a national fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or NCCA accredited equivalent) and the ability to genuinely connect with others. Compensation ranges from $30 to $45 per session, including bonuses for certified personal trainers. Orangetheory Fitness offers a direct career track to Head Fitness Coach, paid time off, and a wellness stipend.
Required Qualifications
