Job Summary
Lead and motivate members through pre-defined, heart-rate focused workouts while ensuring correct form and offering real-time corrections. Help clients set and achieve fitness goals by understanding the science behind our training programs and demonstrating proper usage for all equipment. Maintain awareness of industry competition and specific workout methodologies to deliver effective, personalized group sessions. This role includes a six-month track to become a Head Fitness Coach with a pay increase, alongside performance bonuses, referral incentives, and flexible scheduling to accommodate life outside of work.
Required Qualifications
- national fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or NCCA accredited equivalent) or the ability to obtain a certification
