Job Summary
Deliver high-energy, scientifically designed Orangetheory Fitness group workouts while maintaining a welcoming, inclusive studio environment. Accurately process sales transactions, complete member documentation, and respond to inquiries across multiple channels. Partner with the studio team to support sales and retention goals through outreach, lead generation, and community relationship building. Conduct studio tours, maintain a clean facility, and participate in marketing initiatives and professional development. This part-time role requires Orangetheory certification and group fitness experience, with flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of group fitness training or personal training experience
- Current Orangetheory Fitness approved fitness certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, or equivalent)
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Prior experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or a related client-facing role (0–1 year)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate diverse members
