Job Summary
Lead and motivate members through pre-defined, heart-rate focused workouts while ensuring correct form and offering real-time corrections. Help clients set and achieve fitness goals by understanding the science behind our training programs and demonstrating proper usage for every piece of equipment. Candidates must hold a national fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or NCCA accredited) or the ability to obtain one, with no degree required. This role includes a six-month track to become a Head Fitness Coach with a pay increase, alongside cash incentives for referrals and performance bonuses.
