Job Summary
Lead and motivate members through pre-defined, heart-rate focused workouts while ensuring correct form and offering real-time corrections. Help clients set and achieve fitness goals by demonstrating usage for every piece of equipment utilized in the studio. Understand the science behind our specific training programs and stay aware of competitive market trends. Maintain CPR/AED certification and hold a national fitness certification such as NASM, ACE, or ISSA. Complete a phone call and team interview within the first week of the hiring process.
Required Qualifications
