Job Summary
Lead and motivate members through pre-defined, heart-rate focused workouts while ensuring correct form and offering real-time corrections. Help clients set and achieve fitness goals by understanding the science behind our specific training programs and demonstrating usage for every piece of equipment utilized. Connect with and inspire others to drive engagement in our group setting. This role includes a six-month track to become a Head Fitness Coach with a pay increase, alongside bonuses for referrals and performance reviews. Compensation ranges from $30 to $45 per session.
Required Qualifications
- national fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or NCCA accredited equivalent) or the ability to obtain a certification
