Job Summary
Deliver engaging, high-energy group workouts and maintain a welcoming, inclusive studio environment for members, guests, and prospects. Accurately process sales transactions, complete member documentation, and partner with the team to drive membership growth through outreach and lead generation. Conduct studio tours, respond to inquiries across multiple channels, and support marketing initiatives including social media and community events. Maintain a clean, organized facility and participate in scheduled trainings and professional development. This part-time role requires a current Orangetheory Fitness certification and at least one year of group fitness experience, with flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of group fitness training or personal training experience
- Current Orangetheory Fitness approved fitness certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, or equivalent)
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Prior experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or a related client-facing role (0–1 year)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate diverse members
