Job Summary
Deliver an engaging, high-energy group workout experience for all members while maintaining a welcoming, inclusive, and motivating studio environment. Accurately complete member documentation, process sales transactions, and respond to inquiries across multiple communication channels. Partner with the studio team to support sales goals, conduct tours, and build local community relationships through marketing initiatives and events. Maintain a clean, organized facility and utilize Orangetheory programming tools to optimize member performance and safety. This part-time role requires flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays, with a preference for candidates holding current Orangetheory fitness certification and at least one year of group fitness experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of group fitness training or personal training experience
- Current Orangetheory Fitness approved fitness certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, or equivalent)
- Ability to effectively coach and engage multiple members in a group fitness setting
- Strong time management, communication, and motivational skills
- Well-rounded understanding of fitness principles, including endurance, strength, and power training
- Ability to effectively utilize Orangetheory programming, technology, and coaching tools
- Ability to deliver an engaging, high-energy group workout experience

- Ability to accurately complete and maintain all required member documentation and records
- Ability to conduct studio tours, clearly communicate membership options, and confidently respond to questions regarding programs and services

- Ability to support achievement of individual and team sales goals through outreach, follow-ups, and lead generation activities
- Ability to build relationships within the local community to increase brand awareness and generate new business opportunities
- Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and well-presented studio environment
- Ability to communicate effectively with members and prospects across multiple channels, including in-person, phone, email, and text
- Ability to accurately process sales transactions, including cash and credit card payments, with integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Ability to respond promptly and professionally to member inquiries, feedback, and concerns
