Job Summary
Lead safe, effective private and small group training sessions to deliver a world-class member experience under the "Train Different" philosophy; manage client programs with dotFIT protocols, measure progress, and design custom workouts while maintaining a high-energy, organized floor presence. Drive revenue through private training and supplement sales, conduct complimentary coaching consultations and outreach, participate in booths/workshops, and ensure compliant, well-documented workouts and adherence to safety policies. Requires strong interpersonal skills, customer service focus, ability to operate fitness equipment, CPR/AED, dotFIT (or willingness to obtain), and a nationally recognized PT certification is a plus; HS diploma or GED required with a preference for a related 4-year degree. Availability includes at least one weekend day.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Current CPR/AED certification required
- Current dotFIT certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Nationally recognized Personal Training certification is a plus
