Job Summary
Conduct private and small group training sessions while selling supplements and achieving personal monthly revenue objectives. Sell complimentary workout packages, manage client appointments, and execute prospecting strategies through starter sessions. Maintain accurate records for client programs, measurement tracking, and workout documentation to ensure safety and compliance. Respond professionally to member inquiries, conduct guest tours, and uphold the brand's "Train Different" philosophy by keeping training spaces organized. Collaborate directly with the Fitness Manager for daily check-ins and adhere to all safety policies and operational procedures.
Required Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of Private Training techniques from assessment to program design.
- Must be able to adjust and operate all Fitness Equipment.
- Knowledge of company policies, practices, and procedures, including emergency and safety procedures.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
- Possess a strong customer service focus.
- Respond professionally to requests and inquiries from guests, members, and staff.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Understands basic record-keeping practices.
- Must be computer proficient with basic skills in Word and Excel.
- Ability to work, set up, and execute successful weekends.
- Current dotFIT certification (or in progress).
- Current CPR/AED certification (or in progress).
- Certification from an organization recognized by UFC Gym (or in progress).
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours a day.
- Must be able to regularly lift heavy weights, squat, bend, reach, and spot.
- Must be able to frequently lift and /or move up to 45+ pounds.
- 1 year of related experience (preferred)
Desired Qualifications
- 4-year Degree in a related field recognized by UFC Gym (preferred).
