Job Summary
Sell and conduct private and small group training, deliver member service, and drive revenue through private training and supplement sales. Responsibilities include coordinating private sessions, scheduling, recording workouts and measurements in dotFIT, leading tours and workshops, and maintaining a professional fitness floor while promoting UFC Gym’s Train Different philosophy. Requires weekend availability and strong customer service, organization, and communication skills; familiarity with scheduling, client management, and basic Excel/Word use; CPR/AED and dotFIT certifications in progress or completed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Current dotFIT certification (or in progress)
- Current CPR/AED certification (or in progress)
- Certification from an organization recognized by UFC Gym (or in progress)
- 4-year Degree in a related field recognized by UFC Gym (preferred)
