Job Summary
Fitness Coach delivers world-class member experience through private and small group training sessions, leveraging science-backed coaching and dotFIT supplement protocols. Responsibilities include leading safe, effective instruction, maintaining a high-energy training floor, driving revenue through private training and supplement sales, conducting complimentary coaching consultations, and managing client programs with accountability for time management and safety. Key skills include strong interpersonal/customer service abilities, experience with fitness equipment, schedule management, and adherence to company policies; required certifications include CPR/AED and dotFIT, with a preferred additional national PT certification. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- CPR/AED certification required
- dotFIT certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Nationally recognized Personal Training certification is a plus
- Availability to work at least one weekend day
