Fitness Coach

Drive revenue through private and small-group training and lead generation activities while delivering exceptional member service. Responsibilities include selling private and small-group training, coordinating client programs (dotFIT, supplements, measurements), scheduling and managing appointments, conducting effective prospecting sessions, and maintaining a well-presented fitness floor. Be a brand ambassador for UFC Gym, uphold the Train Different philosophy, and ensure safe, effective private training sessions. Requires weekend availability and strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. Must be knowledgeable in private training techniques, operate fitness equipment, and follow company policies and liability documentation.
