Job Summary
Sell private and small group training sessions while ensuring accurate administration of client programs, including dotFIT, supplements, and measurement tracking. Conduct safe training appointments, assist members in private training, and execute revenue-generating activities such as guest tours, prospecting, and supplement sales. Maintain up-to-date scheduling records, coordinate client availability, and adhere to the agreed-upon weekend schedule set by the Fitness Manager. Document daily workouts for liability and respond professionally to member inquiries.
Required Qualifications
- Current dotFIT certification (or in progress)
- Current CPR/AED certification (or in progress)
- Certification from an organization recognized by UFC Gym (or in progress)
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 1 year of related experience (preferred)
- Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours a day
- Must be able to regularly lift heavy weights, squat, bend, reach, and spot
- Must be able to frequently lift and /or move up to 45+ pounds
- Ability to work, set up, and execute successful weekends
- Must be able to adjust and operate all Fitness Equipment
- Knowledge of company policies, practices, and procedures, including emergency and safety procedures
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions
- Must be computer proficient with basic skills in Word and Excel
- Must be able to adjust and operate all Fitness Equipment

Desired Qualifications
- 4-year Degree in a related field recognized by UFC Gym (preferred)
