Job Summary
Conduct private and small group training sessions while selling supplements and managing client programs through dotFIT. Execute revenue-generating activities including guest tours, starter sessions, and prospecting to meet monthly objectives. Maintain accurate scheduling records, coordinate client appointments, and ensure the fitness floor is organized and safe. Respond professionally to member inquiries and adhere to all UFC Gym policies and safety procedures. This role requires a minimum of one weekend day and involves daily 1-1 check-ins with the Fitness Manager.
Required Qualifications
- Current dotFIT certification (or in progress)
- Current CPR/AED certification (or in progress)
- Certification from an organization recognized by UFC Gym (or in progress)
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 1 year of related experience (preferred)
- Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours a day
- Must be able to regularly lift heavy weights, squat, bend, reach, and spot
- Must be able to frequently lift and /or move up to 45+ pounds
- Must be able to adjust and operate all Fitness Equipment
- Knowledge of company policies, practices, and procedures, including emergency and safety procedures
- Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions
- Ability to work, set up, and execute successful weekends
- Must be available for weekend shifts
Desired Qualifications
- 4-year Degree in a related field recognized by UFC Gym (preferred)
- Current USA Wrestling Copper Certified (for wrestling coaches)
