Fitness Coach

Fitness Coach at BODY20 Reno South administers InBody evaluations and EMS personal training sessions, maintains a high level of service per company standards, provides personalized attention to members, stays knowledgeable about all club services and programs, demonstrates proper use of equipment and exercise techniques (including operating equipment and moving weights up to 50 pounds), and adjusts EMS and fitness equipment to BODY20 standards. Attendance at all Fitness Coach meetings/trainings is required. The role offers substantial paid training, certifications, base pay with commission and performance bonuses, and a path toward franchisee or business ownership. Qualifications include a current nationally recognized Personal Training certification and CPR/AED certification (preferred), 1-3 years of experience (preferred), strong communication skills, integrity, reliability, and fitness-industry knowledge. Essential physical requirements include standing, sitting, running, walking, jumping, squatting, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
