Fitness Coach

Conduct fitness consultations, assessments, and personalized training for members across all backgrounds. Lead group sessions, virtual training, and additional programming while actively marketing services to attract and retain clients. Assist in developing club programs and events, engage in staff meetings, and serve as a role model promoting healthy lifestyles. Maintain a positive attitude, dress professionally per standards, and proactively reach out to inactive members to ensure engagement. This role supports member retention and requires a certified personal training credential from an accredited body.
