Job Summary
Greet students, staff, and faculty upon arrival; answer phones and assist with inquiries. Monitor all facility areas including fitness centers, activity rooms, tennis courts, and soccer fields to ensure patrons follow policies and safety protocols. Perform regular cleaning and sanitizing of equipment, followed by sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping. Conduct comprehensive walkthroughs to quickly fix or report safety issues, maintenance concerns, or cleanliness problems. Respond to emergencies by following the Emergency Action Plan and reporting incidents to the supervisor. Maintain punctuality and professional demeanor while performing assigned administrative duties and special projects.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to pass a background check
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Basic computer proficiency
- This job position is located on the Oakland Campus and cannot be done remotely
Desired Qualifications
- 6-12 months of experience in a customer service environment is preferred
- Willing to become CPR/AED Certified (current certification preferred but will be provided)
