Job Summary
Assist YMCA members in the Fitness Center with orientations, safety, and equipment use; maintain clean, safe facilities and provide onboarding to new members; serve as a liaison with branch management and communicate with members daily; emphasize safety and proper technique; ensure equipment operates correctly and YMCA standards are followed; part-time schedule with Monday/Wednesday/Friday opening shifts; eligible for benefits such as health/dental insurance, retirement plan, PTO, and YMCA membership.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Certified in First Aid and CPR
- Experience with nautilus, universal, free weight and cardiovascular equipment
- Strong human relation skills
