Job Summary
Brand Ambassador to generate leads and drive presale memberships for Crunch Fitness, engaging with local businesses, events, and high-traffic areas to promote the Crunch brand and collect leads. After club opening, transition to front desk operations to convert leads to memberships and deliver member experiences. Must be outgoing, energetic, and able to walk several miles daily; bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred; sales experience preferred; team-oriented and professional with a positive attitude. Emphasis on grassroots marketing, community outreach, and building local brand awareness.
Required Qualifications
- Must have valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
- Sales experience strongly preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
- Outgoing, energetic, and confident communicator
- Organized, service-minded, and results-driven
