Job Summary
Brand Ambassador for Crunch Fitness, focused on lead generation and presale memberships before club openings, representing Crunch at local events and high-traffic areas to engage potential members and drive sales. After opening, support front desk operations, convert leads into memberships, and deliver a premier member experience. Requires outgoing, energetic communication, teamwork, and a results-driven mindset; bilingual Spanish/English preferred. Will walk several miles during presale promotions and build relationships with local businesses to expand brand awareness. Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding fitness brand.
