Job Summary
Supervise the fitness floor at the Recreation Center by greeting patrons, guiding equipment use, and leading new member orientations. Keep all areas safe and clean while performing daily equipment inspections and completing maintenance, incident, and injury reports. Enforce fitness and building policies, assist with personal training registration, and monitor group instructor schedules. Work afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts, including early mornings and holidays. Applicants must be at least 16 years old and obtain First Aid/CPR/AED certification within 60 days.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Must have or be able to obtain First Aid/CPR/AED Certification within 60 days of being hired
- Must be able to complete a pre-employment physical and drug test
- Must be able to complete a background check if age 18 or older
- Must be able to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays
